Group Coaching

We offer strength training workouts using various modalities, such as resistance band training, dumbbells, kettlebells, and bodyweight exercises, in our H.I.I.T. style workouts, including [high-intensity interval training, circuit training, and Tabata]. You will experience a variety of training styles in our classes. We may alternate a strength week with a Tabata week; we may go back-to-back strength weeks with back-to-back tatta weeks, or a combination of both in the same week.  This is to consistently keep your body guessing the training style to keep your body from getting used to the workout.

We are committed to providing quality training, evident in our small group-setting classes, which caps at ten clients per session. Our certified personal trainers offer personalized attention to each client’s goals, ensuring correct form and technique. The intimate class size also fosters a sense of community, offering the opportunity to build long-lasting relationships. This is the essence of our unique training setting, which we call personalized group training due to our custom workouts created based on our active members’ needs.
