We offer strength training workouts using various modalities, such as resistance band training, dumbbells, kettlebells, and bodyweight exercises, interval training, circuit training, and Tabata. You will experience a variety of training styles in our classes. Our programming changes every 2 weeks based on what our trainers see from our active members. For example, for 2 weeks are schedule may be Monday and Thursday Legs, Tuesday and Wednesday, Cardio Core and full Body Friday and Saturday. The following 2 weeks we would change the lifting schedule based on areas we would like to address. This is to consistently keep your body guessing the training style to keep your body from getting used to the workout. We are committed to providing quality training, evident in our small group-setting classes, which caps at ten clients per session. Our certified personal trainers offer personalized attention to each client's goals, ensuring correct form and technique. The intimate class size also fosters a sense of community, offering the opportunity to build long-lasting relationships.
