Group Coaching

We offer strength training workouts using various modalities, such as resistance band training, dumbbells, kettlebells, and bodyweight exercises, in our H.I.I.T. style workouts, including [high-intensity interval training, circuit training, and Tabata]. You will experience a variety of training styles in our classes. We may alternate a strength week with a Tabata week; we may go back-to-back strength weeks with back-to-back tatta weeks, or a combination of both in the same week.  This is to consistently keep your body guessing the training style to keep your body from getting used to the workout. We are committed to providing quality training, evident in our small group-setting classes, which caps at ten clients per session. Our certified personal trainers offer personalized attention to each client's goals, ensuring correct form and technique. The intimate class size also fosters a sense of community, offering the opportunity to build long-lasting relationships. This is the essence of our unique training setting, which we call personalized group training due to our custom workouts created based on our active members' needs. Each workout is tailored to include an exercise specific to our clients who take classes, making you feel catered to and unique.

Each group fitness workout is based on you as the client. The workouts are specific to clients who come into the class regularly. Our primary purpose is to help each of your work on your weaknesses. To do that, one to two exercises are focused on assisting you as the client in class. Even though you are getting a group training experience, you are experiencing a personal training environment. Our unique group training style is one of a kind that you won’t find anywhere. Many gyms offer “personal training” in a group training setting, but none offer what we have mastered, which is personalized group training.
