Each group fitness workout is based on you as the client. The workouts are specific to clients who come into the class regularly. Our primary purpose is to help each of your work on your weaknesses. To do that, one to two exercises are focused on assisting you as the client in class. Even though you are getting a group training experience, you are experiencing a personal training environment. Our unique group training style is one of a kind that you won’t find anywhere. Many gyms offer “personal training” in a group training setting, but none offer what we have mastered, which is personalized group training.
