After going from 265 pounds to 178 pounds, Martin experienced firsthand how the proper training, accountability, and mindset can completely reshape a person’s life. That journey ignited a mission: to create a fitness space where real adults feel supported, understood, and capable. With over 10 years of experience as a NASM-Certified Personal Trainer, Martin specializes in functional training, corrective exercise, strength development, and coaching adults through sustainable lifestyle change. His approach is grounded in education, encouragement, and individualized guidance—ensuring every member feels seen, supported, and set up for success. Martin has spent years helping clients of all ages and fitness levels overcome injuries, rebuild mobility, lose weight, gain strength, and gain confidence. His coaching style is approachable, motivating, and rooted in proper form and safe progressions.
